But this is home. We started North Ocean to bring that experience back to our own community: the businesses down the road, the places we love, the people we actually know. Andrea brings 20 years in brand partnerships, marketing and revenue strategy, representing some of the biggest names in television and digital media. Her work has always come down to the same thing: knowing who an audience is, what they need to hear, and what content will actually reach them.

At North Ocean, she leads strategy and creative direction — the plan behind the shoot, and the concepts that make it work.
Chad has spent two decades behind the camera, shooting all over the country and the world. His work spans commercial and brand films, real estate, luxury brands, travel and hospitality, and documentary storytelling — and he’s an FAA Part 107 licensed drone operator, bringing aerial work in-house rather than farming it out.
He handles the shoot end to end: concept, camera, and final cut. Everything you see on our Video Work page was shot and edited by him. What sets his work apart is an eye for how a place or a person actually feels — not just how they look — and the patience to keep working a scene until it’s right.
Most studios are camera-only. Most marketing agencies are strategy-only. Because we’re both, we can walk into a room, tell you what video your brand actually needs, and then hand it to you finished.
